New Customer Billing Platform

posted Dec 28, 2017, 8:12 PM by NewarkNet Admin   [ updated Dec 30, 2017, 1:46 PM ]

Click the "Pay Online" link on the left side of the page to use our new billing system.  It supports one time and recurring payments using credit cards or checking accounts (echeck / ACH).  We apologize for the customers that will have to re-create their automated billing, but now you have an online platform to manage it yourself (stop and start your recurring billing at anytime).  You should receive an email from us with a link to create your initial password.  Your username is the email address we have on file for you.  If you didn't receive an account enrollment email let us know.  Please click the PDF instructions below, if you still require assistance email questions@newarknet.net or call as usual if you have problems or questions.

NewarkNet believes in Net Neutrality

posted Dec 28, 2017, 7:48 PM by NewarkNet Admin   [ updated Dec 28, 2017, 8:15 PM ]

We at NewarkNet are very concerned about the recent actions taken by the FCC to rollback regulations that protect a fair and open internet access for all.  NewarkNet will always abide by the strict 2015 Obama era rules to ensure our users get as fair access to the entire internet as is possible.  We will never sell our user's private data, charge our users more to access certain services or charge service providers more to access our customers.  As a NewarkNet customer you are ensured no matter what rulings are made by the FCC (like this rollback allowing ISPs to engage in questionable practices to generate additional profit) you will be not be directly impacted as we believe in a fair and open internet for all.  However, most internet users are not privileged to have access to a small honest ISP.  If you want to join the fight to try to help the rest of the internet users maintain their access to a free and open internet we recommend taking action here:  https://www.battleforthenet.com/

December 6th and 7th 2012 Craig and Anthony attended the Ubiquiti airMAX Certified Admin training class in Cincinati, OH. Both easily passed the Certification test. NewarkNet utilizes many Ubiquiti brand wireless devices throughout our network and we want to be sure we know everything we can about them to continue providing our customers with the best possible service.
